• Production details– At this stage, our experts define and refine the specific details of each custom item. We focus on every aspect such as joints, connections, finishes and mechanisms, providing expert solutions tailored to the project’s unique needs. These highly detailed technical solutions are critical for achieving the desired aesthetics and performance while maintaining structural integrity.

• Production drawings– Once the production details are finalized and agreed upon by the yard, we proceed with the production drawings. These are comprehensive, precise engineering documents that translate each custom design into actionable plans. Every component of the custom item is thoroughly detailed, with specific instructions for materials, dimensions, tolerances and mechanisms. These drawings enable the yard to accurately fabricate and assemble the parts, ensuring that each element matches the agreed-upon specifications and is produced with exceptional quality.

• Plotfloor & CNC Drawings – We provide high-accuracy plotfloor layouts and CNC cutting files for automated machining, reducing waste and enhancing precision.

• Weight Calculation– We conduct in-depth weight analysis with our patented plug-in, balancing structural integrity, fuel efficiency, and stability to comply with naval architecture standards.
