CAD Furniture Draftsman/woman

We are looking for a CAD drafter with practical knowledge of furniture manufacturing to join our team in Valencia (Spain) or Dordrecht (the Netherlands). You will be responsible for the creation of furniture drawings, floor plans, base ceilings, etc. These drawings have to be drawn to scale with suitable detailing to convey the necessary information required for construction.

Specifically, we are looking for a CAD drafter who matches the following profile.

1. Required education and experience:

  • Excellent knowledge of furniture drafting and manufacturing methods.

  • Experience in making 2D production drawings of furniture.

  • 1 - 2 years of professional experience with AutoCAD or a similar CAD program.

  • Intermediate level of English (B2 or higher). You are able to verbally express yourself in any given situation.

 

2. Other skills:

  • You are open to learn and you are able to work precisely.

  • Delivering accurate work is your primary objective.

  • You enjoy working in an international team.

  • You are flexible and ambitious.

 

3. Bonus skills:

  • Experience with Rhinoceros 3D or other 3D modelling programs like Topsolid Wood is an asset.

  • Knowledge of superyachts and/or shipbuilding is a plus.
